Warnings: non-con, tiny little bit of blood-play, character death, some BDSM.
Summary: Harry wants to help, but he doesn’t know how. They don’t understand why they claimed to be loved. They don’t feel love anymore...but they feel pain.
Author note: This was inspired by Josh Groban’s Now or Never and the song Lost in the Darkness. I didn’t want to actually put the lyrics in the fic, because I thought that might break up the flow, but Draco does quote the chorus of Now or Never during the end of the fic. The whole song is just perfect for this fic, and I really suggest you either listen to the song while reader or at least look up the lyrics. The title and Harry’s letter come from the song Lost in the Darkness from Jekyll and Hyde

I got two of the pairings, and it took me a while to figure out how to make this a love story with non-con, but hopefully this works out. There’s also not much Hermione/Pansy as I can’t do graphic femmeslash, but it’s implied. This was one of the hardest fics I’ve ever written, but it’s done!
